💡 Design-Led, Not Just Functional

Plenty of sparkies can put a socket in. The work I really enjoy is the design side — bespoke and feature lighting, smart home setups, garden and architectural lighting that changes how a room actually feels. I'll talk through what you're after and spec it to suit the property properly, not just to the cheapest line on the quote.

✅ NICEIC Approved & Fully Insured

I'm a NICEIC Approved Contractor with over 10 years on the tools, certified for domestic and commercial work alike. Everything's done to BS 7671 and signed off properly — you get the certificates and paperwork, not just a handshake and a "you're all good". Fully insured on every job.

📍 Local, Homes & Businesses

Based in Leighton Buzzard, I cover Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire — Milton Keynes, Aylesbury, Dunstable, Tring and the villages in between. Homes and businesses both: a feature-lighting job one day, a shop fit-out, EICR or EV charger the next.

More About Us

Probert Electrical is run by Connor — a NICEIC Approved Contractor with over 10 years on the tools, based in Leighton Buzzard. I work with homeowners, landlords and businesses across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire. Standard electrical work is the bread and butter, but the side I'm known for is the design-led stuff: bespoke and feature lighting, smart home installs, EV chargers and full rewires.

I keep the work tidy, certified and done right the first time — you get the BS 7671 paperwork to back it up, not just a verbal all-clear. I'll tell you straight what a job actually needs rather than what's quickest to quote, and if something does need a second visit to get right, I come back and sort it. Free quotes, no obligation — give me a call and I'll get a date in the diary.
